As of August 12, 2026, a new EU regulation — Regulation (EU) 2025/40 (Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation, PPWR) — requires every online seller shipping packaged goods across EU borders to register as a producer in each individual destination country and appoint a locally-established Authorized Representative to handle recycling obligations on their behalf.
We are truly sorry for the inconvenience this causes. We are actively exploring affordable compliance solutions and hope to resume shipments to all EU countries in the near future. In the meantime, orders within Greece are unaffected and ship as normal.
